Water/Wastewater Engineering

We are seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer to join a growing, multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm. This individual will contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of critical infrastructure projects that support sustainable communities.

This opportunity offers strong mentorship, leadership visibility, and a clear path to advancement , including project management and potential partnership track for experienced professionals.

Design and support water and wastewater infrastructure projects (treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, distribution/collection systems)
Perform engineering calculations, modeling, and system analysis
Coordinate with internal teams across civil, environmental, and other disciplines
Support or lead project management efforts including budgets and schedules (level dependent)
Interface with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
Assist with permitting and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

  • 2-10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering
  • Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, or modeling software (e.g., Desire to grow into technical leadership or project management roles

Clear path to Project Manager, Technical Lead, and Partnership Track
