This position may mop, sweep, dust, wash windows, shampoo and vacuum carpets, arrange furniture, etc. and generally clean furniture, equipment, fixtures and hardware./ph3Qualifications/h3pQualifications:/pulliExperience in institutional housekeeping or maintenance is helpful./liliExperience in the use of floor-care equipment is helpful./liliAbility to read, write, and speak the English language./li/ulh3Essential Functions:/h3ulliCleans and sanitizes patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas on a daily basis and in accordance with Facility protocols./liliUses proper chemicals in proper portions. May dust mop, wet mop, or spot-mop floors./liliEmpties trash containers, replaces liners as appropriate and disposes of trash in proper receptacles./liliVacuums carpets as directed by Supervisor./liliUtilizes proper chemicals and equipment to wash and dry windows./liliReports repair needs to Supervisor or maintenance department as appropriate./liliRequests needed supplies and equipment from Supervisor./liliIdentifies and corrects safety hazards and abides by safety rules./liliHas reviewed Cantex Continuing Care Network Policy and Procedures for Abuse Prevention and knows the employees responsibility to enforce it./liliAttends weekly in-services, understands, and complies with Patient Care Management Systems./liliResponsible for assuring patient/resident safety./liliPerforms other duties and tasks as assigned./li/ulpWe are an Equal opportunity employer; We offer an excellent benefit plan to include 401K with match, CEU reimbursement, vacation, sick, holidays, medical, dental, and supplemental insurance Plans as well as a Highly competitive compensation package./p/div
