Southern Land Company's Westhaven Golf Club, one of the top family centric private clubs in the Nashville area, is currently seeking a highly motivated Host. Westhaven's service vision of "Creating connections and lasting memories through genuine service and provide the members and guests with an unforgettable experience. Westhaven Golf Club, an award-winning, private golf club in Franklin, TN is searching for a Host who greets the guests and creates a welcoming environment for all. This person will manage the floor plan and ensure guests are seated in a timely manner. This is a part-time position, Tuesday through Saturday evenings, and Sunday mornings.
Managers the floor plan and pay special attention to reservations and ensure they are seated in a timely manner.
Clean, organize, and stock menus at host area.
Answers phone and answer questions concerning the menu and the restaurant.
Experienced Host
Customer service skills.
Knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality industries.
Comfortable with hospitality and technology platforms.
High school diploma or GED preferred
Prior experience working in a restaurant
Tennessee ABC Server Card (must be attained in first 90 days on property)
