Position: Manager, Strategic Initiatives
The Manager, Strategic Initiatives plays a critical role in advancing high-priority enterprise initiatives by partnering closely with the Chief of Staff to drive structure, alignment, and execution. This role blends strategic project leadership with hands‑on execution, owning discrete workstreams while ensuring enterprise priorities progress effectively. Manage complex, cross‑functional priorities by aligning stakeholders, maintaining timelines, and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
Translate executive‑level direction into structured plans, detailed analyses, and actionable outputs (e.g., presentations, financial models, and recommendations).
Develop and refine materials for Board of Directors and executive leadership meetings, including presentations, briefing documents, and supporting analyses.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and recommend solutions to ensure successful initiative delivery.
Bachelor’s degree.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, insight generation and output quality.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to build executive‑ready materials and perform complex analyses.
Structured problem solver with strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
