Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN) - Laborist

Hospital-based labor and delivery / obstetrics and gynecology unit

Board certification in OB/GYN required

Fellowship training preferred

Strong clinical skills in low-risk and high-risk pregnancy management

Experience with fetal heart rate interpretation, OB ultrasounds, amniocentesis, and operative deliveries

Ability to perform office-based and minor gynecology procedures as well as surgical gynecology procedures

Comfortable working in a fast-paced labor and delivery environment

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care for patients across a wide range of acuity levels

Manage laborist coverage, including routine deliveries and complex obstetric cases

Interpret fetal monitoring studies and perform obstetric ultrasound assessments

Support high-risk pregnancy care and assist with clinical decision-making for cesarean delivery when needed

Handle surgical gynecology cases, including laparoscopic and operative procedures

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to provide timely, patient-centered care

Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism in all patient encounters
