Merchandiser Hourly - Full Time

Large Store Focus

Work days/Shift Hours: Full Time / Thursday - Monday Schedule / 6am - 2:30pm (until route completed)

Valid Drivers License Required, Merchandising/Stocking preferred

Starting pay ranges from $19.11 to $24.01 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements

Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards

Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays

Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage

Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes

Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours

Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

High School Diploma or Equivalent

No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
