Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for an Fertility RN Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Baltimore Harbor, Maryland.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with 4-5 weekends and 1-2 holidays per year. (Hybrid after 9-12 month training period and passing chart audit)

In This Role, The Fertility RN Coordinator Will Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patients
Provide patient/couple counseling
What You’ll Bring We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.
Qualifications And Skills Include IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be provided
Valid RN license
Experience working with electronic medical records a must
High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
Bilingual Spanish will be a plus
Women's Health background or fertility experience a plus
