Roles and Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care responsibilities.
Support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe nursing care.
Manage clinical staff competency and resources related to patient care.
Compliance/Notes:

Complete I-9 in HR.
Check in at the security desk upon arrival.
Schedule orientation with HR.
Orientation timing is subject to HR office hours.
