New Grad RN Neurology Nights

Shift and Schedule
Day/Night Rotation.
Hours: 6‑week blocks of days followed by 6‑week blocks of nights. 3–12‑hour shifts, 36 hrs per week (approx.).
Provide direct nursing care and support in the M80 Neuro Transitional Care Unit, a specialized unit for neurological medical/surgical patients requiring step‑down to intermediate levels of care. Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care, considering acuity, patient preference, and resource availability.
Respond to data indicating risk to patient health and initiate corrective actions.
Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when unable to perform safely.
Document in patient medical records.
Graduate from an accredited nursing school (ADN or preferred BSN).
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
New graduate or less than 1 year of RN experience.
