Acts as a liaison between hospital staff, physician, patient, and family members.
Follows laws, regulations, and providers policy as it relates to controlled substances.
Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for assigned patients.
Carries out physician orders in a safe and appropriate manner.
Current RN licensure.
LVN licensure with RN supervisor.
Federal Fingerprint and Background Check.
Additional Training Required Once Hired:
ANE Training.
PCRP Online.
Co-occurring Psychiatric and Substance Use Disorder. (Opioid Overdose Prevention Training.
