Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are seeking a motivated BCBA to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children ages 0–18. Services include individual therapy, group/social skills training, and educational placement support.
Responsibilities:
Conduct direct and indirect behavioral assessments
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
Attend treatment team meetings, IEP/ISP meetings, and insurance reviews
Provide supervision, training, and support to staff and caregivers
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Complete documentation and maintain compliance with professional standards
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential (or enrolled in coursework toward certification)
Preferred: 2+ years of experience working with children with special needs, including autism
Preferred: 1+ year of experience supervising or training staff
