Fulltime faculty with dedicated weekly resident precepting Outpatient Primary Care Panel consisting adult and pediatric patients Participation in resident and medical student teaching and didactic activities

Provides comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to an assigned panel of patients in an outpatient setting. Reviews patient medical records to diagnose, treat, and provide care management and education to patients and families. Actively participates in resident precepting, including supervision of clinical encounters, chart review, and real-time feedback. Provides formal and informal teaching to residents and medical students, including case discussions, didactics, and bedside instruction. Supports the academic mission through engagement in curriculum development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of training programs. Monitors and adheres to national health guidelines and those established by JPS Health Network and Acclaim Multispecialty Group. Maintains a collaborative environment with physicians, residents, medical students, advanced practice professionals, and support staff. Participates in performance improvement initiatives, peer review, and quality assurance activities. Partners and communicates effectively to support a positive patient and community experience. Serves as a clinical and educational resource to the community. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must be comfortable working in a large public/county facility Strong clinical knowledge in Family Medicine across the lifespan (adult and pediatric populations). Demonstrated interest or experience in medical education, teaching, or resident supervision. Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentorship to learners at varying levels of training. Ability to work effectively in a large public/county health system environment. Self-directed with initiative to participate in community outreach and academic activities. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program Required Licensure/Certification/Specialized Training: Current, unrestricted medical license in the State of Texas (or eligible) Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States Location Address: 3301 Stalcup Road Fort Worth, Texas, 76119 United States
