Work That Rewards You, In More Ways Than One Hourly Pay: $14.73 – $18.84. Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.
Schedule You’ll Love: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5:30PM and Saturday 9AM to 1PM; No Sundays! At AAA, you’re helping people solve problems, plan adventures, and stay safe. You’ll be part of a trusted brand with a supportive team and real opportunities to grow your skills and income.
What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Associate Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.
What Makes You a Great Fit High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous sales experience is a plus.
