Director of Finance
Good Shepherd School for Children is seeking a Director of Finance. Under the direct supervision of the President, the Director of Finance handles the day-to-day operations related to tuition, accounts payable and receivables, therapy payables and receivables, payroll, human resource issues, and technology needs. Prepares for and executes the annual financial audit and 990; AP and AR management; grant and fundraising support.
The Director of Finance also works closely with board of directors and external auditors.
Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or business administration; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Adept at working w/ payroll companies, banks, banking processes such as ACH and other.
Ability to work collaboratively, with the diverse skills of the administrative team, parents, therapists and teaching team members. team wears many hats, and this may even sometimes include assisting briefly in a classroom or at the front desk.
