COTA - Occupational Therapy

Job Description ICAN is seeking a full time occupational therapist assistant (COTA) to join our multidisciplinary team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing services to neurodiverse youth and excited to work in a collaborative environment.

Your Role Treating a variety of developmental disorders
Our population consists of Autism (ASD), ADHD, language-based learning disorders, AAC users, motor speech disorders, articulation/phonological disorders, and developmental delays
Collaborate with speech therapists, physical therapists, BCBA's, psychologists, and other team members to provide a whole child approach
Engage in cultural responsiveness when treatment planning for culturally diverse population
Education and Experience Associate's Occupational Therapy Degree from an accredited program
Current Washington State Occupational Therapy License
1-3 years experience preferred, but open to new graduates
