RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse)
Schedule: Full Time: Evening Shift 11pm-7am; Part Time options: Weekend Baylor, 7am-3pm Per Diem.
Compensation: Pay Negotiable. Reciprocity Assistance Available. Travel/Contracts Considered. Prior Long Term Care Experience required.

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy and long-term care.

Responsibilities
Assist in implementing and revising care plans, monitor health conditions, supplement direct care needs, and respond to emergencies or changes in status.
Observe care assignments, manage coverage needs, evaluate staff performance, educate and lead staff.
Communicate changes in resident conditions to families/providers, and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team.
Review and investigate incidents, transcribe orders, audit medical charges and maintain record compliance for accuracy.
Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guide and direct care skills, and intervene as needed.
Qualifications
Licensed to work within the State of Delaware as an RN (Registered Nurse).
Pass background check, drug screen, professional references check and physical evaluation.
Excel in leadership and clinical competency.
