Remote Bookkeeper
Northbound Executive Search
Our client, an entrepreneur with a growing business, is looking for a hands-on, experienced Bookkeeper to take ownership of the day-to-day bookkeeping and help organize and improve existing processes.
This is a fully remote position starting at approximately 15–20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours for the right person who is interested in taking on more responsibility over time.
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple personal and business bank accounts and credit cards
Prepare accurate and timely financial and client reports
Maintain and improve existing bookkeeping and reporting processes
Several years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills
Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of the bookkeeping function
