SLP - Speech and Language Therapist

Provide speech therapy department lead duties and oversee the day to day management of the speech language pathologists within your department. Department sizes range from 4-10 speech language pathologists.

Lead weekly speech therapy department supervision and mentorship meetings.

Responsible for serving as a liaison between speech language pathologists within your clinic department and scheduling team regarding individual therapist scheduling needs, and department productivity and as needed.

Collaborate with clinic director and human resources to complete annual performance reviews for speech therapists within department.

Collaborate with clinic director and human resources to determine department hiring needs in order to recruit, interview and hire speech therapy applicants as needed.

Maintain a small caseload of speech therapy sessions.

Participate in on‑going collaboration with the client's team and family including weekly emails, phone calls and in person discussions.

Doctorate or Masters in Speech and Language Pathology

Licensed Speech and Language Pathologist

Strong experience working with children or clients with special needs required
