TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Greece, New York, 14626!

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry
Rochester, NY | Acute Care
Contract | Night Shift (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit with a primary focus on cardiac and stroke diagnoses
Perform phlebotomy and peripheral IV placement — both are mandatory competencies required for this role
Manage peripheral line care, non-invasive airway management, and oxygen delivery devices including nasal cannula, face masks, and portable oxygen tanks
Adhere to isolation precautions and safely operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts
Float within scope to like units (MS, ICU, ED) as needed to meet facility staffing requirements
Active, unencumbered New York State RN license — must be in hand at time of submission; Minimum 1 year of RN experience required; Epic EMR experience is a hard requirement
Demonstrated competency in phlebotomy and peripheral IV insertion
Every-other-weekend availability required; no holiday time-off requests; RTO requests limited to no more than 7 days for the duration of the contract
Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
Experience floating across MS, ICU, or ED settings
PCT support is available on all units, assisting with vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKGs, and activities of daily living — allowing RNs to focus on clinical care
