Tow Truck Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain tow truck equipment in a safe, efficient, and professional manner
• Respond promptly to service calls and provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists
• Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using proper techniques and safety procedures
• Transport vehicles to designated locations while ensuring the safety of the vehicle, other drivers, and pedestrians
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete all necessary paperwork
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and team members to coordinate services and ensure timely delivery

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience operating tow trucks and related equipment
• Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations related to vehicle towing
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
