Our dedicated onboarding and integration team - spanning marketing, business development, IT, risk management, and client-matter support - is designed to make a lateral move as seamless as possible for you and your clients. Our firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel to support our growing Title IX and Education practice from our New York office. This is a substantive litigation role for someone who wants to work at the intersection of education law, civil rights, and complex disputes.

Advise on student and faculty disciplinary proceedings and academic misconduct

Work on special education issues, civil rights matters, defamation claims, and related litigation

Senior Associate- or Counsel-level litigation experience, ideally with exposure to Title IX, education, or civil rights work
