Job Functions:
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performaing routine assignments in resident living areas.
Follow all established safety procedures and precautions when performing maintenance services.
Recieve and follow maintenance schedule/instruction from your supervisor and as outlined in our established policies and procedures.
Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and euipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc. as directed, in accordance with established procedures.
Specific Requirements:
Must prossess the ability to make independent decisions, to follow instructions, and to accept constructive criticism
Must maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc. and maintain the appearance of maintenance work areas.
Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing maintenance practices
