Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping

Ensure error-free order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations

Motivate and coach a team to meet productivity and performance goals

Drive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling processes

Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment, fleet, and facilities

4+ years of logistics experience in a warehousing environment (1+ year of supervisory experience preferred)

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant logistics tools
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and project management (a plus!)
