Fairview is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team at our Woodwinds Hospital in Woodbury, MN.
Woodwinds Health Campus opened its 86-bed hospital in August 2000. Located on 30 acres of pristine wetlands in Woodbury, MN, it's the only hospital in the southeast metro area. The shift length will be 12 hours on the NIGHT shift, variable schedule and will also work every third weekend.
About the Emergency Department at Woodwinds:

• Average 100 pts per day.
• As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for:

Assessing patient needs and identifying expected nursing outcomes;
Developing an individualized nursing plan of care;
Implementing interventions as needed during treatment based on the plan of care;
Evaluating care and patient response to interventions and expected outcomes;
Coordinating care with members of the health care team and delegating responsibilities to others as appropriate;
Demonstrating the ability to advance care by utilizing standards, guidelines, care pathways, and continuous improvement to enhance patient outcomes;
Performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act
Valid RN licensure from MN Board of Nursing

• 1+ years of current ED RN experience
• Associate degree in Nursing

Bachelor's degree in Nursing
~1- 3 years of RN Experience
