Physical Therapist (PT)

We're currently looking for a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic therapy team. This is a great role for a clinician who enjoys helping adults improve strength, mobility, and overall function in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

• Complete PT evaluations and create individualized treatment plans

Provide hands-on therapy to improve balance, gait, endurance, and functional mobility

Modify treatment plans based on resident progress and clinical judgment

Educate residents and families on exercises, safety, and home strategies

Document evaluations, treatment notes, and progress updates in a timely manner

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Active Washington PT license (or eligibility)

Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed. Experience: Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
