Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New York provides programs and services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dual diagnoses. Located at our NY Cares school in Mt. Kisco, NY, this position is responsible for planning and administering medically-prescribed Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with teachers to support the classroom functioning of their assigned students and improving motor skills to the classroom environment. In addition, they will communicate with parents as needed to support their child's generalization of skills to the home environment as appropriate. The Physical Therapist will supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as needed.

Physical Therapy license and eligibility to provide these services in NYS school settings
Experience: Must have experience working with children/adolescents/adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities/autism spectrum disorders. Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications.
