HVAC/Plumbing Detailer

Lee Company provides core construction services of HVAC, plumbing and electrical for large and small commercial projects throughout Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. This is an entry level position working with experienced Detailers, utilizing BIM fabrication modelling software, on the detailing of Plumbing, Mechanical and HVAC systems and producing fabrication drawings for installation and fabrication for manufacturing division.
Knowledge of mechanical or plumbing systems
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication CADMEP, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks or any other BIM software is a plus
A working familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and Outlook and ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software
Basic computer skills
Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret technical literature/writing and plans
Self-driven desire to learn, become competent, and succeed in field
Good analytical skills and ability to generate creative solutions
Ability to coordinate project activities and monitor progress to successfully reach project goals
