These organizations value quality over speed in hiring. Develop and execute purchasing strategies for raw materials and components.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to optimize cost and quality.

Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluation and contract management.

Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure timely procurement of materials for manufacturing.

Analyze market trends and commodity prices to inform purchasing decisions.

Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in a purchasing or buyer role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems and their application in procurement processes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle

Certification in supply chain management (e.g., Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
