About the Role Shamrock is looking for a Regional Sales Recruiter to join the recruiting team. This position is responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for positions across all corporate brands. The corporate recruiter will focus on helping to develop and execute a best-in-class employee relations strategy to attract and recruit top-level candidates. This is an in-office, performance-based role with significant earning potential for individuals who consistently meet and exceed business objectives.

Source and build a pipeline of candidates utilizing a variety of sources including referrals, networking, direct sourcing, LinkedIn, etc.

Create innovative sourcing strategies to proactively recruit passive candidates

Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to recruit and hire top candidates

Maintain the accuracy of recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system

Pre-screen candidates using available screening tools, including resume analysis, telephone screens, reference checks, etc.

Note all candidate correspondence in the ATS and tactfully communicate with all applicants not hired or determined unqualified for employment

3+ years proven recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, preferably in a fast-paced organization

• 2+ years experience in sales recruiting preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Extensive knowledge in full-cycle recruitment and candidate negotiation
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline (job descriptions, tracking systems, correspondence, etc.)
• Strong communication, writing and organizational skills
• Bilingual skills with fluency in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
