Responsibilities

Clear and effective communication

Takes accountability for work quality

Practices proactive communication

Own moderately complex design, test, or support tasks

Collaborate across engineering and production teams

Document work clearly and completely

Able to plan and lead projects to completion on time and within budget

Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements

Assist with troubleshooting and customer support when needed

Compensation And Benefits
Annual Salary $90k-$120k

80% Coverage of base Health Insurance Plan (Proactive Health Options available) starting at 60 days

Dental and Vision Insurance options starting at 60 days

Additional voluntary benefit options include accident insurance, critical illness insurance, FSA or HSA starting at 60 days

Company-provided Life Insurance of $50,000 with an option to add additional coverage

Requirements

3-5 years of engineering experience

Solid understanding of design and troubleshooting principles

Proficiency with relevant tools and software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
