Accounting/Financial Bookkeeper

Job Description Due to substantial growth in 2026, our locally owned Community Management Company in Naples for over 22 years has an opening in our financial department and is seeking a detail oriented and energetic bookkeeper. In this vital role, the Financial Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, producing monthly financial packages, and supporting our communities’ overall financial health.
Proven experience with full cycle accounting
- Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping, journal entries, debits & credits, account analysis
- Demonstrated ability in bank and account reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining accurate financial records
- Extensive experience with MS Office products – Excel, Word, etc.
Experience with community management software, such as Vantaca, CINC, or Enumerate preferred, but we will happily provide training for the candidate exhibiting the right attributes to become an essential part of our financial team!
