HOW A PROGRAM SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $10M and above
Leads a team of IT professionals and watch officers that maintain, develop, and operate a suite of applications that provides operational information to DTRA leadership
Applies agile methodologies in developing and modernizing applications
Works closely with DTRA leadership to define requirements and priorities, develop plans, and communicate status
Works closely with the Systems Engineer, SCRUM Master and other members of the team to plan application development and maintenance
Applies project and program management techniques and principles to control cost, schedule, and scope
Experience in proposal development and Task Order Solicitations.

Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience Required Technical Skills: Program/project management experience Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI Required Skills and Abilities: Strong written and oral communication capabilities Preferred Skills: PMP preferred Location: Customer Site; some telework is possible US Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $153,000 - $207,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
