Cost Estimator (Part-Time)

Desoto Collision Center is a locally owned, family business serving the Southeastern Tennessee and North Mississippi areas. At Desoto Collision Center, our mission is to provide top-notch auto body repairs and exceptional customer service. The Collision Center Estimator is responsible for capturing every viable job that enters the building. Responsible for educating customers about the repair process. Keeps customers informed and files updated.

Customer Communication - follow DCC policies for updating customers throughout the repair process.
Parts - the CSM may perform part searches and place orders if needed.
Wears proper safety equipment when necessary.
Sales - encourages customers to leave or schedule their vehicles for repair. Team Engagement - active participant in the morning meetings, aware of sublet repairs and status of their customers' vehicles. Perfom other duties as assigned by Manager to ensure efficient and effective business operations.
