RN Job Operating Room RN, Surgery Center - Glendale

Pay Range $60.00-$65.00 per hour
Job Description As an Operating Room (RN) Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in bringing that mission to life. Working closely with our Clinical Directors and multidisciplinary surgical team, you'll help ensure the safe, efficient, and compassionate delivery of patient care throughout the surgical journey.
In this role, you will support the daily operations of the operating room while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards, as well as center policies and procedures.
You'll provide direct patient care by performing circulating and/or scrub nurse responsibilities, assist surgeons during a variety of surgical procedures, and help maintain a safe, organized, and patient-focused environment.
Additionally, you'll support equipment readiness, supply inventory management, operating room orientation, and the completion of accurate medical documentation to ensure the highest standards of quality and patient safety.
Qualifications Current, unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One to two years of leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience; ambulatory surgery center or operating room leadership experience preferred.
Working knowledge of perioperative nursing practices, surgical procedures, sterile technique, infection prevention, and operating room equipment.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and computer skills.
Ability to circulate and scrub a variety of surgical procedures is preferred.
