Full Time Litigation Paralegal

Client is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive litigation paralegal to join the legal team.

4–6+ years of litigation paralegal experience (law firm or in‑house) supporting active litigation matters

Hands‑on experience with core litigation workflows, including document review, discovery, and document collection from custodians

Able to work onsite in Boise for initial training, then maintain hybrid schedule

Will report into litigation team leadership and partner closely with a senior paralegal handling higher‑level strategy/work

Significant litigation paralegal experience (in‑house experience preferred)

Ability and willingness to work onsite in Boise for the training period and hybrid availability thereafter

Direct experience handling discovery, document review, and document collection processes

Availability to start ASAP and commit to a minimum 6‑month engagement

Full‑time availability (40 hours/week)
