Head of Business Finance & Strategy

Strategic Finance Manager
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer
TekStream Solutions is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional to support core finance operations, monthly close coordination, investor reporting, and strategic analysis initiatives. This role will work directly with the CFO and gain exposure to executive leadership, lenders, and private equity sponsors.

Financial Close & Reporting
Coordinate and quarterback monthly financial close process across accounting, payroll, and operational teams
Manage close calendar, deliverables, reconciliations, and reporting timelines
Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and variance analysis
Support cash flow forecasting, working capital tracking, and budget-to-actual reporting
Improve reporting processes, controls, and finance workflows
Assist with board materials, KPI dashboards, and operating metrics
Analyze business performance trends across revenue, utilization, gross margin, and operating expenses
Strategic Finance & Ad Hoc Analysis
Perform ad hoc financial analyses tied to pricing, headcount, margin optimization, and growth investments
Assist with M&A integration, acquisition analysis, and strategic projects as needed
Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and delivery leadership teams

5-8 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, accounting, transaction advisory, investment banking, or related finance role
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills required
- CPA, CFA, investment banking, Big 4, or private equity-backed company experience is a plus
Direct exposure to CFO, executive team, lenders, and investors
