As an essential member of our kitchen team, you'll help deliver an exceptional dining experience by preparing delicious, high-quality food in a clean, organized, and collaborative environment. Cooking dishes to consistently meet our quality and presentation standards
Ensuring product freshness through proper rotation and storage
Collaborating with fellow cooks to manage varying levels of kitchen activity
Following all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols
Supporting the cleanliness of the kitchen and storage spaces
Participating in inventory checks and restocking kitchen stations
Contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented kitchen culture
We're seeking someone who brings experience, energy, and a collaborative spirit to the kitchen. A minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-output kitchen
Availability for morning shifts on weekdays and weekends
The availability to work part-time hours on the weekends
