The Miami office of Kubicki Draper, is currently seeking a lawyer with 3+ years experience for its insurance coverage department. Experience working on insurance coverage matters is required.
Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy.
Prior insurance coverage experience required.
Desire to excel and work your way up the ranks of the law firm.
Ability to provide excellent customer service to our clients, with a client first mindset.
Highly organized, with clear and concise communication style.
Complex research and analysis.
Draft/review substantive complex pleadings and motions.
Insurance coverage analysis.
