Kitchen experience preferred but not required. Holds team accountable for quality, consistency, and upkeep of sanitization standards as set forth by company and state regulations

Maintains highest levels of quality & presentation

Accurately portions all orders to ensure low food cost

Addresses and immediately corrects any practices that lower safety standards

Ability to solve practical problems dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
