Schedule:Full Time1st Shift: 7a - 7pPart-TimeWeekends: 7p - 7aWhat you’ll do:Interview, select, hire, train, coach, counsel and discharge employees in accordance with company policy and procedure.Supervise all activities of licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel in the delivery of safe and therapeutic care.Maintain appropriate levels of care.Supervise implementation of nursing policies and procedures.Communicate with residents, families, and other departments regularly to resolve resident concerns and issues.Plan for patient care based upon assessment of patients along with medical plan of treatment.Coordinate and implement training needs to staff.Remain current on nursing techniques and advances.Valid RN license.3 + years of experience as an RN.1 + year of management experience.Compensation: $40.00 to $44.00 per hour.It's kind of a long story, but at our core, we're a senior housing organization with a lot of heart and committed to providing housing to seniors of all socioeconomic backgrounds across WNC for more than 40 years. We already have four communities (two life plan communities and two affordable communities) with plans for many more in the coming years.
