Salary: $6,031.00 – $7,547.00 per Month

Job Overview

Under the direction of the Supervisor I, Human Resources (HR) – Employment and Outreach, Workforce Development Unit, the Graphic Design Analyst performs complex design work in the creation and development of recruitment marketing materials to support CCHCS’ efforts to recruit and retain quality healthcare professionals and ancillary staff.

Working Conditions

Location: Headquarters, Elk Grove. The position is eligible for hybrid telework in accordance with the Statewide Telework Policy, and the successful candidate must reside in California. The role may require office presence as needed.

Minimum Requirements

ANALYST II – $6,031.00 to $7,547.00 (minimum salary). New to State candidates hired at minimum salary.

ANALYST I – $3,861.00 to $4,839.00 (minimum salary).

Desired Qualifications

Experience in graphic design, marketing, and/or recruiting.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience creating animation for social media marketing.

Required Design Portfolio

A design portfolio is required and must be submitted with the Employment Application. The portfolio should include relevant work demonstrating your graphic design, marketing, and recruiting capabilities.
