Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to adult patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Assess patient conditions and monitor cardiac rhythms continuously using telemetry equipment.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders.
Document patient progress, vital signs, and responses accurately in electronic medical records.
Respond promptly to abnormal cardiac rhythms or patient emergencies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
Educate patients and families on procedures, medications, and post-discharge care.
Possess a current and valid RN license for the state of practice.
Minimum of 1-year recent acute care telemetry experience.
Show flexibility and a team-oriented attitude towards floating and shift changes.
Chemo certification and experience caring for cardiac patients with complex medical issues.
