Hostess for Bistro Restaurant

Encompassing a large community oriented pub and restaurant as well as the \"Vice Bar\" brand next door; You take pride in your position and in the quality of service and hospitality that you provide

You understand “Genuine” hospitality

You ideally have experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant setting

Managing the Reservation System and floor / seating charts

Following up with guest requests, either directly or via the assigned Bartender / Server

Assisting Servers and Bartenders in maintenance and cleaning of service utensils and service equipment as required

Bussing tables (clearing plates, cups, glassware and condiments etc.)

Answering incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing requested information as able

Accommodating and processing “To Go” orders, merchandise orders and / or door cover as required

Ensuring that the Host Stand (and all other assigned relevant areas) is maintained in an organized, clean and sanitary manner
