RESPIRATORY THERAPIST (RRT) ICU/NICU
Stand Together Ventures Lab
Seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to provide critical respiratory care across all patient age groups, from infants to adults. The role involves administering oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and aerosolized medications, as well as performing assessments to evaluate and adjust treatments. Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members is essential to develop personalized care plans. The therapist educates patients and families on managing respiratory conditions and responds swiftly to emergencies in critical care settings such as ICU and ER. Maintaining equipment and accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses are key responsibilities.
Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner License
Registered Respiratory Therapist License
E. for NICU assigned therapists
Ability to operate and maintain respiratory equipment
Comfort handling emergency situations
