Product ManagerVelosio is seeking a Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and execution of our IP solution's within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring the product aligns with market needs, business strategy, and customer outcomes while driving cross-functional execution across development, consulting, sales, and support.This is a hands-on product leadership role that blends strategy, execution, and stakeholder enablement to deliver measurable value for customers and internal teams.Product Strategy & RoadmapOwn and communicate the product vision and roadmapPrioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectivesReview and refine roadmap priorities on a quarterly basisMonitor competitive landscape and industry trends to inform strategyCustomer & Market InsightsPartner with IP, consulting, and support teams to gather customer feedback and requirementsConduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risksUse customer insights to guide backlog prioritization and product decisionsCross-Functional CollaborationServe as the primary liaison between development, sales, consulting, marketing, and support teamsTranslate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteriaPartner closely with development during sprint planning, backlog grooming, and executionCollaborate with documentation and functional teams to support releases and adoptionStakeholder CommunicationProvide regular updates on roadmap progress, release timing, and prioritiesCommunicate risks, blockers, and tradeoffs clearly to leadership and stakeholdersRespond to inbound requests from sales, consulting, and support teamsCustomer & Partner EngagementParticipate in customer calls to clarify requirements and gather feedbackReview support cases to identify recurring issues and enhancement opportunitiesSupport webinars, advisory councils, and customer update sessions as neededBacklog & Requirements ManagementOwn and prioritize the product backlogCreate, refine, and maintain user stories and acceptance criteriaReview bugs regularly and prioritize based on customer and business impactEnsure backlog items are development-ready prior to sprint executionRelease Planning & DeliveryCoordinate release schedules, sprint cutoffs, and delivery milestonesCreate and maintain release documentation and SharePoint contentOversee QA, UAT, and test environment readinessMaintain release notes, documentation, and supporting materialsFacilitate daily scrums, sprint ceremonies, and retrospectivesWhat you'll bring:Product & Technical ExpertiseStrong understanding of product lifecycle managementExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and project accounting / PSA solutionsAbility to translate business needs into actionable technical requirementsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps pipelines, and QA processesAnalytical & Strategic SkillsStrong prioritization and decision-making skillsComfortable analyzing usage data, adoption trends, and performance metricsAble to balance short-term delivery with long-term product strategyCommunication & CollaborationExcellent communicator across technical and non-technical audiencesStrong facilitation skills for sprint ceremonies and cross-functional sessionsAbility to clearly articulate product vision to stakeholders and leadershipOwnership & ExecutionProactive, organized, and comfortable managing competing prioritiesStrong attention to detail with a bias toward executionCommitment to continuous improvement and product quality5+ years of experience in product management or a related roleExperience working with enterprise SaaS, ERP, or PSA solutionsHands-on experience working with Agile development teamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsWho we are:Velosio's years of experience with business applications translate to a deep bench of tenured team members with competency across enterprise resource management (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and cloud services.We have earned recognition from Microsoft as a top 1% performing partner worldwide and an emerging NetSuite leader.
