$17.90 per hour

This is a Part Time position. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

The ideal candidate MUST have previous experience in security and customer service fields.

You will conduct routine patrols to proactively identify risks, enforce site policies, and maintain a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your keen observation skills and ability to document incidents accurately will be essential to keeping the site running safely and smoothly.

Security Officer Positions:

~ Officers must remain alert, professional, and proactive throughout their shift – representing the standard of excellence our client expects on-site.

Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner
Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor's arrival
Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner
Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Basic computer skills
Minimum of one year of customer service or security service experience
