Valora St. Anthony, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join our growing team!
Valora St. Anthony is located in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from Minneapolis and St. Paul. Our community is easily accessible via major roads, including Highway 38 (St. Anthony Blvd) and Highway 65, making us a convenient option for employees in St. Anthony, Columbia Heights, Northeast Minneapolis, Shoreview, and Roseville. Shifts Available: Part-Time AMs (6am-2pm) HHA Wage: $17.00-$22.00 per hour CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour Shift Differential: $1.00 PMs, $2.00 NOCs

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
Strong interest in healthcare.
Positive, compassionate attitude.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
