• Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Full‑Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool Team on night shift at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Waxahachie. This role is ideal for adaptable, experienced nurses who thrive in fast‑paced environments and enjoy caring for a diverse patient population.
• n Full Time – 36 hours per week, (3) 12-hour shifts per week
• n Nights: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• n As a Float Pool RN, you will provide high‑quality patient care across multiple inpatient units within your clinical skill set. You’ll support areas throughout the hospital, gaining broad clinical exposure while helping meet critical staffing needs.
• n Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence‑based nursing care
• n Adapt quickly to various units based on staffing and patient needs
• n Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies
• n Active Texas RN license
• n Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• n Telemetry experience
• n Critical Care experience
