Outpatient only, primary care
Established team of 9 physicians and 3 APPs
Two locations: Alpharetta and Suwanee
Patients are all 18 years old or older
Standard benefits include malpractice insurance and health insurance, among others
Schedule is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Current resident, board eligible or board certified
