As a Technical Architectural Designer II, you'll play a key role in supporting project teams from early design through construction under the guidance of experienced architects and designers. You are passionate, motivated, and ready to take on greater responsibility with moderate to minimal supervision. While you'll primarily work on Mission Critical projects, you'll also have opportunities to contribute across a variety of market sectors - broadening your experience and strengthening your critical thinking. You'll apply Revit workflows and project standards to help deliver high-quality, high-performance design solutions.

Responsible for assisting the Project Architect to ensure design and technical quality

Assist the Project Architect with directing staff and developing strategies for project delivery

Assist with required code research for project assignments

Assist with material and product research as required for project development

Participate in internal and/or external project meetings as required by scope and schedule

Coordinate with project team disciplines as needed by the project

Participate and assist in managing technical reviews in Revizto through all phases of the project to meet HED expectations for quality and project performance

Manages tasks on Concept board and fluent in the project progress

Ability to assist with Project Architect's responsibilities for short periods of time

Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Architect, Project Manager, or Architecture Practice Leader

A minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Architecture (4-year) degree required. Proficiency in Revit is required.

Familiarity with and experience navigating building codes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficient in BIM/Revit as well as Microsoft Word, Excel.

Very detail-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible.

Capable of traveling to and from project sites for attending client, project, and construction meetings.

Ability to access existing and new project sites for the purposes of project observation, investigation, and evaluation.

Ability to use equipment for communication and documentation purposes.
